Im just wondering does anybody know what the story is if you cant get a month to month lease? We;ll only be in HB for 2 mts. Ive found nice apartments but they either have a 6 or 12 month lease. could me and my friends sign a lease and then just give 30 days notice to the landlord that we're leaving on a certain date? I looked up californian rental laws and thats what you have to do on a month to month lease but it didnt say what about longer leases.
We hav got a 4 bed house in Huntigton beach , and have 2 rooms to rent ideally we are looking for 3-4 j1ers to split the rent . We are heading over to Huntington on the 20th of May and will be staying there till the end of August . Rent is $375 a month , would love to get some roommates , dont wanna lose this house .
