We're looking at places in Queens (Astoria, Maspeth, Sunnyside, Woodside etc) My friend is in contact with a guy who has a 4 bed (8 people) in Woodside but we're still searching on Craigslist.

Have ye had any luck finding places? I'm scouring craigslist as we speak but without knowing how many people we have etc it's kind of hard! A lot of places are unfurnished but we happen to like the idea of patio furniture and lilos for the summer! :) How long are ye staying?
hey, i'm headin over the 29th may and will be looking for places and people to live with!! was thinkin it might be better to just find somewhere when you actually get over there cuz have heard some dodgey stories when people sorted out accomm online without viewing the place first! booked a hostel for the first few nights...have you found jobs yet??

ye got a job in queens and will look for a hostel for the first few nights while i go mental house hunting, theres now three of us going over looking to share, if anyone wants to come on board with us thats no problem, im gonna send out e mails this week to any landlords in the brooklyn or queens area about setting up appointments.
