I'm heading away this summer and had my mind set on Ocean city until I looked at Venice Beach, I like the look of it in google images anyway!!! Ha!!! Just wondering has anyone ventured over there before and how did they get on?!?!
hey, was in Huntington Beach this summer on J1, went up to Venice Beach for a day. Really liked it very different! cant tell u a whole lot about it coz was only there for a day, i had considered it for the j1, but then picked Huntington! would be cool, though not many irish so prob good chance of jobs and the americans will like you, check out hermosa beach, redondo beach theyre just south of venice and santa monica is just north, they really cool and not many j1ers be going there! i worked in hermosa for a week, really liked it!
