going on a j1 with my friend on the 30th may-30th august. we're gona be living in astoria, queens. ive skyped a lady about her apartment and shes agreed to give it to us for 7 weeks from the 1st june-21st july. 7 wks accomodation is so cheap aswell including utilities. we need 1 more person to live with us. its a 1 bedroom which me and my friend wil be sharing.. but theres a really good sofa bed with loadsa space. i have photos/google maps add if u wana see..

manhattan is very very expensive..you should look at Long Island City in Queens..literally 2 stops on subway from times square..and would imagine it would be cheaper!
