Does anybody know some web sites like for example www.j1jobs.com? Me and my friend want to work in New York City next summer...so we are looking for jobs in New York City(it would be good if a job is for j1 students)
Look on the big banks websites. They have open days at the beginning of the summer for bank clerks and many J1 students I know in the past 2 years got jobs in the banks. It also frees up your weekends to really enjoy the J1.
hey, yeah, when exactly is "the beginning of the summer" ? Can you please give us more information? Do they only consider students that are already in the US? Do they consider students that are not yet in the US? Which banks exactly? Do they offer housing, or at least help with housing?
These are important issues, we won't even get a visa without all of there set up first. Thank You for your effort.
