hey everyone!! going to astoria in queens ny on the 30th may.. found an apartment. large 1 bedroom and sofa bed. its me and another girl sharing we're looking for a 3rd person to live with us. the rent is cheap. its just for 7 weeks though. we're going to ny from 30th may-30th august. accommodation is sorted from 1st june-21st july. but we plan on looking for a place to live fro the month of august once our 7 weeks rent is up. so who's up for living with us? we just pay on arrival and NO DEPOSiT. price also includes utilities.

I've looked on a few places aidan but craigslist seems more reasonable. Because it's subletting, the fees are low or non existent. With agents, you have to pay them half a months rent in fees. Sooooo annoying!! Especially when you're paying a security deposit at the same time and first month's rent.
