Story is i've an embassy interview for Tuesday morning.
I got a bank draft yesterday for €105 as the Usit and US embassy website suggested.
Then last night around (7:30 pm)I received an email from usit saying the price for the interview is now €98 and that a bank draft lower or higher than that amount will be invalid.
How am I supposed to get a bank draft for this now considering the next time the banks will be open is at the time of my interview.
My experience with USIT has been crap this year -> they claim to offer so much but really do not deliver. Now they leave it til the eleventh hour to tell us about this...Good job I didn't have the money to get the bank draft yet so I will pick it up on Tuesday.
With regards the bank draft, you can return that to your bank afaik and it will be put back into your account. Regards getting another one, you can't. But if you have the money, I think you can get a postal order done and if you want to save yourself €4, you can get it made out for $140.

Dont worry about it at all. If you have an account in the Ulster bank, theres one across the road from the embassy. It's open at 9.30. Just go there and get a new bank draft and cancel the other one. If you aren't a member of ulster bank, just look for the nearest branch to ballsbridge. It wont matter if your a half hour late for the interview, there will be a big queue outside anyway and you're not likely to get in until well after your scheduled time anyway. The times are only so everyone doesnt come at once, they dont actually matter. Dot worry about your interview either, it's like going up to a bank counter and chatting for 30 seconds. I doubt even 1 person gets refused the visa each year
