hi, just wondering does anybody have any suggestions for where to look for accomodation in manhattan? Or if anybody is interested in sharing with 3 girls?
Yeah I started looking a while ago and I can't seem to find anything reasonable. I'm not sure what to do really, I suppose it wouldn't be too expensive if there were a good few sharing in one house though? Any other ideas on other possible good areas we could stay instead?
queens is very handy for getting into Manhattan! the 7 line on the subway goes straight through queens to times square, you should look at areas like Long Island City, Astoria, sunnyside, woodside

been in NYC for jus under a year now and i live in sunnyside in queens atm and its not too expensive payin 650 a month for my bedroom and im 13 mins away from midtown but if your lookin in manhatten look in harlem or else in the east village only places where its affordable and even at that youll prob be lookin at at least 850 quid per room manhatten is ridiculously overpriced and the apartments are all shitholes unless your payin over 1000 per room a month in which case youll actually have enough space for more than jus a bed
