Really scared bout not finding accomodation in San Diego. All leases seem to b 12 months. Just wondering wat the story is in entering into a 12 month lease can we just break the contract and leave or get evicted. Has anyone any experiences of this or entered into a 12 month lease while on a J1. Wer so scared lik we wouldn wanna end up in court in front of Judge Judy or something!!! Any advice greatly appreciated!!!
