Hi there, I'm a j1 Visa holder who plans to move out from Utah to Miami Beach,is there anybody here who knows an accommodation for 4 girls? As well as jobs if you do know some hotels/ restaurants that accept j1 visa holders. Thanks guys =)
Hi For acomodation the best resource is craiglist i think. Many places for rent are advertised on the street too.Around Meridian Ave u can get a furnitured studio for about 900$. If u need 1/1,5 place it's for 1000-1200$. They usually require deposit as well. If u ned cheaper place, u need to go further north. The Palms Hotel accepts J1 visa aplicants for Internships, as well as Marriott or Wyndham Hotel Group.I think that if they know J1 visa procedures u may have a chance to get there. Good luck girls!
