If my head's height is 36mm and almost 71%, that's too high, right? Everything says it needs to be 50%-69%, 25mm-35mm.
It's a shame, because I went to a photographer who explicitly said they know how to make US visa pictures and had to wait quite some time until they were done. Now apparently I have to go back and hope they can fix it from the source material or make new pictures and wait some more time :(
But do you think the pictures are acceptable for the DS-160 online form, so that I can at least already submit that and make an appointment at the consulate?
Or does anybody know -with absolute confidence- if the US consulate does accept photos with that head dimension?
