Im probly going on my own aswell as the ppl who planned on coming are now broke! I was thinking Boston or Chicago. Theres lots of Irish there, there both supposed to be laid back and nice cities. I was orginally thinking of San Diego but I was told in USIT, its a very expensive place to live. Heading out on my own too :/ I was thinking New York too, but price has me put off, Boston is looking like where I might go at this point, alot of people checking out Chicago too, seems pretty cool.

Hey lads, I have never went alone but I would recommend Boston over NY really if yer going alone.. Chicago could be grand too but I just think NY is too big and broad to be finding Irish.. Boston is small (about the size of Dublin) and the Irish tend to stick to the same areas so you'd have no problem meeting people. That's just my opinion hope it helps :)
