Hey me possibly a couple friends would like to the J1 in the summer of 2012 to the US. We have Austin Texas in mind but are afraid it might be too hot and since we're Irish we mightn't be able to handle it. Could anyone who went to Texas let us know what it's like.
Heard the heat was supposed to be really killer, but I've heard its just a shock for the first few days/weeks cos we wouldnt be used to it, being from Ireland and all :/ Are you gonna get a house over there or something? I had Texas on the top of my list.
