Hi all i'll be 25 next summer and am going to do the J1 alone, alone in the sense that I know no one else going. I was wondering is there any large groups going with like a group of people from all over the place going? Wouldnt mind joining up with some people. As for the destination, I haven't decided, I have my preferences but at the end of the day, I'd say its more than to the people your going with and what you make of it yourself.

Hey , im travelling with 4 friends to New York, We were thinking about long island we were told for the summer its going to be crazy busy and jobs will be easy to get and tips will be amazing !...were heading on the 29th of may and return back to ireland end of august. where are u all planning on staying :)

From what I can tell looking at prices, New York will have to be a place where you share with a few people. It all depends on price where i'll stay I was look at Hoboken. Doesnt seem to costly. Long Island seems cool too.
