Hey guys, myself and 2of my friends are heading to New York for the summer.. We're thinking about getting accommodation either in Queens or Brooklyn. Was just looking for any advice or maybe other people that are going over and want to share accommodation!!?
I know most people that go to Queens anyway doing the J1 go to Woodside....its a real Irish area :) and im pretty sure there a good few Irish centres and stuff that can help you find jobs and stuff while your there and acc price wise isnt too bad compared to other parts :) Im staying in Woodlawn in the Bronx tho with a friend, again a real Irish area similar to Woodside and its only 25/30mins on the subway to the city and loads of J1ers head there :) x
