hey i was in miami for a bit last summer (travelling after working as a lifeguard) and you guys are going to have an awesome summer! miami is weird tho - the buildings are pink,yellow, orange - its like something out of a barbie movie but it is amazing. we stayed at jazz on south beach hostel - room 14 (i think) - it was the party room - for the few nights we were there - although the room barely fitted 6 sets of bunk beds around 50 ppl were always in there drinking - we didnt really sleep at all....lol.. if you get there check out crobar nightclub - we didnt get a chance to - but did go to its sister night club crobar in New York - it was AMAZING! so although im not sure what crobar miami is like, if judging from NY it might be a good place to start looking? Also the beach is B-E-A-utiful! Everybody goes down there drinking at night, swimming in the sea, skinny dipping etc etc. watch out for the couples at it on the beach - like rabbits - and the police roaming about on the sand buggies who gave out to us for swimming in the sea at 4am cause of the riptides! other than that - have a brill summer (",) x

does anybody have any contact in miami who hires people during winter (dec-march) in miami or sorroundings??im planning to go to miami by teh end of this year... is it easy to get a job there and in those months? any restaurants where somebody worked ??any hotel? thanks
