I am having a hard time finding a internship/training in hospitality in Chicago (I am searching for 6 months now). Does somebody have a connection in this city?
too bad there isn't anyone here who is acctually in the US right now :) Anyway, I've been also trying to get an internship in NY for the Career Training program on J1, but no success so far. So guys, if someone's going in NY for the summer 2009 on work and travel and has got some connections, accomodations and stuff, please post them here, let's all share. I've been on J1 once before in Montauk, NY, I'd say its a nice place to be, a lot of beaches, a lot of work, cheap and easy to find acomodation, so if someone wants to go there, I can give them some contacts. Me personally, I am trying to find something closer to NYC for 2009, so if someone has anything, post them here. Greetings fellas.
