Hey HBdelish, we're actually pretty near you in the Howard Johnson hotel on Beach Boulevard - been here a week and still struggling to find somewhere to stay! Proving to be a bit of a nightmare, we aren't fussy in any way, we are VERY VERY VERY interested if you are still open to people and will give you a ring asap too.
