If ye are stuck for somewhere, ye could stay in the NYU dorms in Greenwich Village. I'm staying there at the moment. The location is AMAZING!! I've been here 2 weeks and haven't had to get a taxi yet- just walk everywhere. The good thing is that ye can share a room and then share the apartment with six others so ya get to know other people, but it is pretty expensive... Includes all bills though and ye'll get the dates ye want. Have to move out by August 8th though. Also I haven't been able to find any work in New York so I'm actually gonna head home early :(
