i am thinking of going on a J1 this summer but i will be doing it alone mainly because my friends are boring and would rather be cold for the summer! i am just wondering is anybody else going alone and like to share accomadation so if people could just tell me if yous are interested and leave where your going to as i am undecided but i am swaying towards huntington beach? tnx

i wouldnt worry too much chris....i reckon most people wont even have applied yet...i know loads of people still deciding on whether or not to do the j1...nevermind where they are actually going! give it a few more weeks and people will have more of an idea...

chris-m, we haven't got accommodation sorted yet but we just want to see if we can get some more people in order to keep the rent down. i've been emailing a lot of places but they all said its a bit soon to know if they'll have anything for the summer yet they said to get back to them in March.. what age are ya man? were flying into LA.X May 25th..

huntington beach is between la and san diego about an hour and a half from san diego..... and about 45 mins from la....... looks good and can still do all the stuff like trips to mexico n vegas an shit like dat.... so if ya decide ta go there maybe we could all crash in the same spot would keep rent dwn to nothin haha....
