Hey, Six girls looking for summer accommodation in either montauk and east Hampton and don't particularly want to stay in Ann Breyers cottages, motels or inns. Anyone who did a j1 there already have any contacts for cheapish houses?
I was in montauk last summer and it was AMAZING! I worked in the Backdoor Club at Sole East http://www.soleeast.com/restaurant/, I was mainly on their summer Burlesque nights. It was good money, and the American guys were really nice to me. I was staying in the Montauk point lighthouse most of the time www.montauklighthouse.com, montaukpointlighthouse@gmail.com They rent out to college students but it's a bit lonely. There's a nice rotisserie nearby though.

I went to MTK for the summer in 2007 and it was unreal i stayed in the tipp inn , 6 of us in a room with 2 bunk beds and a double bed it was far from luxurious but we had a brilliant time, it was 150 dollars each a week which is expensive especially for what we had.(no self catering or anything) Ann Breyers cottages is a two min walk from the TIPP and this is the HQ of Irish J1ers and the best craic by far everyone boozin out on the picnic tables till 1 in da mornin b4 bundling into a cab and going to a club. Everything in MTK is a bit on the expensive side except drink in the offies. I would recommend both the tipp inn and ann breyers for accom in a big way.
