   Does anyone know what the co-op appartments are like in berkely?
   
   I haven't read the best things about them on the internet so I really don't want to spend the money and end up with a horrible appartment!
   
   I don't mind what it's like as long as it's clean!

   the rates are pretty good but you have to do mandatory 'workshifts' .

   The ones i seen were not clean at all...actually pretty much dump grounds.....rochdale was anyway
