Hiya, me and 4 friends are going to either SB or IV for the summer.. no accommodation or jobs yet! We're first time J1ers from Ireland, so if anyone has gone there before or if anyone has got accommodation already can ye please help? Craigslist is kinda confusing!
Hey, I'm in the exact same situation as you, 5 of us going, 3 lads, 2 girls. Not sure where to look online for accommodation and jobs. Have you decided on IV or SB yet? IV seems more likely for us, just from someone I know who's been there on a J1. I think sharing a house with more than just the 5 of us is what we'll do, save some money, it can go towards better things!
