Hey, Am pretty sure that my phone is unlocked so can use different sim cards in it. Does anybody know about bringing over phones to the US and using them, best carrier to go onto, do the sim's work etc. makes it easier than buying a new phone
the first thing you have to check is if your phone is able to work on the US bandwith...most phones will only work say within europe... tri-band phone would probably work in the states and a quad band definitely would.
i was going to bring my phone over too, im pretty sure it has a quad band but its not unlocked. wouldnt be a big deal to buy a phone over there, buy a cheap one and your guarenteed itll work over there.
